Abhilasha JainAbhilasha Jain: Take it to the mountains and brew, love it absolutely. Got mine and I can’t wait to use it. My fresh coffee ground is on the way and I will update my review once I get my hands on brewing this. But I love the design and it’s good for one person.

Sevara: I am a tea person and purchased this french press to steep tea. It is my second french press of this brand and just like the one I had before, this one did not disappoint me. I really like the quality and hoping it will serve me years

Kindle Customer: We had a smaller size in this exact brand from our wedding a couple years ago. We decided to upgrade to a bigger size and it's perfect! We never want to go back to a normal coffee pot. The coffee is so much more delicious made in a French Press.

Gadget Freakenstein: So this is my first French press. I have had coffee made in French press a lot and I always thought it'd be so complicated and not worth actually making at home. When I saw the reviews for this French press and noticed a sale, I had to pull the trigger and give this thing a try myself, and boy am I happy I finally did it. The original set up is super easy really. Pretty intuitive. But to be on the safe side, I did watch a couple of instructional videos on YouTube. Really you can make it as involved as you want, but it's pretty straightforward. The key was to have your water boiled to the right temperature and be ready to go. Easy peasy. And the coffee this thing produces is simply delicious, brewed to perfection.
Admittedly, I did not expect the ease with which you can make a great cup of coffee in this. So if like me you've always been on the fence about making coffee in a French press, I'd say this is the way!

Robert K.: Once you fill it with coffee and a reasonable amount of water so you're not going to overflow it, this french press barely fills a tiny mug–if you're a coffee drinker, this small size it not going to do it for you–get something bigger.
The glass is very fragile. I've ordered it twice thinking I must have gotten a defective one or cracked it somehow. Nope. If this thing happens to tip over in your sink or you look at it wrong, the glass is gonna break. The glass is very fragile and the metal cage does nothing to prevent it from braking so easily.
Cleaning it is also a nightmare. Assuming the glass hasn't broken yet, you have to worry about:
* The rubber heads holding the metal cage to the glass falling off and into the drain.
* The glass coming loose from the metal case.
* The metal cage rusting after the 1st wash.
* Trying to dry it after washing it and not having the metal cage tear your cloth apart.
Seriously, this thing is a PITA to clean. Get yourself a larger, sturdier french press. Unless you just want to place this on a shelf as decoration, in which case, as long as it doesn't tip over and break, it should be fine for that.

Rebecca Hughes: This has performed fantastically, and I love the extra charitable ethos of this company. The mesh on ours is now knackered due to use and I would love to replace just this, but the cost of shipping is hideous! So I’m having to buy a whole new one and will be switching to a different brand as a result, which is a real shame and feels wasteful. I’m disappointed that you don’t make it easier to replace parts - my beaker and casing are fine, I just want a new mesh!

Just Me: In the world of French Presses this is a smooth machine.
As long as we use good beans we always get great coffee. It’s even better because we can control what’s going on. That’s the wonder of French presses, you can easily brew for as long as you desire while you see what’s going on. I like having control over the whole process. There’s a certain satisfaction to slowly plunging the grounds. Coffee machines are nice but I still prefer the press.
Like other coffee addicts, I appreciate that the volume of coffee that can be made in this press exceeds most others by 50%. The press is nicely designed and engineered. All of the pieces slip together nicely and fit properly. The handle is designed so that even though it’s all wire it still remains comfortable to hold and pour, it’s well plated and in the last year and a half there has been no rust. All of the metal pieces look as good today as when it arrived. The beaker fits inside this wire frame so snug that I've never been able to separate the two. The cap is a very snug fit and guides the press without binding. The way this is made, I expect to be using it for years.

IWK: So far have enjoyed using this French Press for the last week and It has worked as expected. I also really like the design. Simple and looks different to other French Presses I looked at.
The screen on the plunger can let some coffee grounds through on occasion, however the additional screen on the lid does a good job of catching these stray coffee particles. In my 16oz of coffee there is only ever one or two particles. Easy enough to fish out from a mug or to leave the last sip of coffee and pour them out then.
The glass beaker is secure within the unit itself, but it is easy to take apart and clean.
Clean after each use right away, but some particles can get stuck under the plunger screen. However, just run water over it and they should come free. Follow the warning of not using metal spoons or utensils in the beaker and you should be ok. Handle with care and this feels like it should stand up to every day use.
