If you like precision-made measurement tools, you'll be disappointed. You get what you pay for. It technically works, but it looks like a first project by a student, at best. It's cheap, and it works, but you won't be giving it to your kids, that's for sure.

I bought this to find center on a 4" PVC pipe. I thought it worked well until I needed to use it for a 1/2" hitch pin. The tool was way off center when dialing it in on my drill press. Complete junk
