Susan: Handle is enough to get hold of to scrub the grates in the smoker, the loops does a good job of collecting most of the crud and what that doesn't get the blade on the top will get. Cleaning it is a bit tough to get the loops to let go of the crud. The first one of this deign I got lasted 3 years before getting too full of crud and had to be replaced.

Bridget: This product/scraper is very sturdy but but but… I purchased this assuming this design with all the little curly wires would not break off and possibly get into my food on the grill. That is not the case, after using for a season I did find broken pieces so I no longer use the swirly side but the scraper side is fantastic for cleaning the weber stainless steel grilling grate!

Florence Hould: Article qui semble de moyenne qualité. Il est arrivé endommagé au niveau esthétique ce qui est dommage lorsqu'on souhaite l'offrir en cadeau. Le vendeur ne répond pas lorsqu'on lui écrit également donc assez décevant. J'ai toujours d'excellente expérience avec amazon, mais malheureusement je ne recommande pas ce vendeur qui envoie des article pré endommagé à ses acheteurs.

RB: This grill cleaner was fine. Doesn't work as well as the cheap bristle cleaners. The elongated sides are good for getting in between the grill

Book guy: I bought this tool after reading about the dangers of my brush with wire bristles. It does a great job cleaning the grill. I only gave 4 stars because after a few weeks of regular use, I have already found broken strands of the coils which replaced the wire bristles.
