GWH: I received the mop and replacement heads today, in time to use on a pork butt I am doing on the smoker tomorrow.
It appears to be well made, and just the ticket for mopping on a thin Carolina-style vinegar-based flavor mixture during the 8-10 hour smoke.
One thing, though: this is NOT 18" long. I just measured it at 14."
If the extra length is important to you, this might be a deal-breaker. If not, I think you will be happy with this mop.

Samuel T.: I have been an avid grilling fan for more than fifty years. I got into smoking and barbeque some years ago for myself and have wanted a basting mop ever since I made my first "Mississippi Mopping Sauce" but was unable to locate one in my local brick and mortar stores. Thank the lord above for GrillHogs. Their basting mop exceeds my every expectation and I am sure to be the envy of all who see me in action with it at my smoker this Summer. WOO HOO!! Keep up the good work guys and, by the way, I downloaded your recipe book mere moments after my 3 y/o granddaughter "assisted" me with the priviledge of opening up your package and cannot wait to try out every single one of the Mr. Grill recipes. They all look fabulous.
