Amazon Customer: The scraper side of the product is fine and as expected, however the brush side is too rigid to brush the grill effectively, so not acceptable as a cleaner following a cook.

JackLeo: It’s very sturdy and well made. Don’t have concerns with the build quality.
The design it self is questionable though. I find it that it cleans relatively little and requires appropriate angle and pressure to do a decent job to clean the top of the grates. If anything is stuck to the sides - this won’t reach it.
Might be better to combine this with a regular brush and use the regular after cooks and this one just before putting on the food.

works better with medium hot grate and used with water to create a bath effect.
Very tough and thick single string of wire is its own weakness. It clears well but the top only, can't reach sides because it is so tough. Own it for about a month, still hard to say how long it will serve the purpose. Time will show...
