AA grandma: I saw this burgundy temporary hair mascara and decided to give it a try to match my hair when installing crochet braids because I am graying at my temples. The color match is decent and stays a while without requiring a lot of touch up. Therefore, this a wonderful product to use for covering gray hair areas on my head.

Tara: I have been trying this out. It is a great product which solves the problem of greys around the forehead and ears. Areas which are hard to spray. It washes out really easily. I think there could be a water proof option though.

Amazon Customer: I have been looking for a product of this type to refresh my old highlights until my next highlight appointment in 2 months. It works easy enough and would be great if the product colour wasn’t too on the orange cheap side. By NO means was it a dark copper, I am buying the “red brown” to see if it is closer to the proper shade and returning this one.

K: Color was a true burgundy color. Easier to put on when your hair is wet. More coats you put on the darker it gets. Only reason I didn't give it 5* is that the brush is like a mascara one & in medium to long hair it will get stuck a little.

Kat M: I am happier with this product than I thought I’d be. I originally bought the auburn but it was a little too orange for my hair. It still looked okay if I combed it into the root and let is “settle” for a bit - this stuff looks best/most natural after an hour or so, so don’t put it in right before going out. The grey coverage was good and it was easy to use so I bought the ash blonde instead which was a better match for my hair. I use it at the temples where my hair is going white and I’ll just use it between hair appointments.
It’s not a huge bottle for near $20 but I guess for my purposes I don’t need much. I also only wash my hair 1-2 times per week so that’ll make it go further. I found it doesn’t transfer once dry, just needs a touch up every day or two. It feels similar to a dry shampoo once it’s dry.
