Scott DeJong: Love Grave Before Shave products but purchased this for more than usual cost because it claimed to be 4 oz (twice usual size) received and it was a 2 oz tin with a 4 oz sticker stuck over usual sticker. Too bad these people are still apparently pulling this trick.

Rob Tyler Black: Loved everything about this beard balm, texture, fragrance and density. Works great, hold lasts, awesome when used with a hairdryer styling. I can't say enough good things about this product.

DUCKFAT: Arrived before delivery date, no damage or seepage, product is white, smooth, easily applicable from my palm to my beard, does have a STRONG coffee latte smell when first applying, like when you walk in to a shop or taking a sip off of your mug, BUT thats why I bought for, smells REALLY GOOD, i use it for work mostly; indoors/outside. My beard is about 5/6 in. Light hold, not greasy or shiny Over all i would/will purchase this balm Again!!

Nomad: I purchased this scent along with a smaller tin of their Cigar vanilla blend. I was most excited for this one. My immediate reaction to this scent was that it smelled exactly like the caramel popcorn I see every winter. I don't detect any notes of mocha. Before saying anything, I offered my wife a whiff and she said the exact same thing. We both love it though. She prefers this over the cigar blend, which is also good, and so do I.

As for its actual performance, I only use it for my mustache. I can't speak to the full beard experience with this. It leaves my stashe feeling and looking just how I want it.

Highly recommended if you like the delightful smell of caramel popcorn.

Jason Roth: A little bit of this in the morning, applied with a boar's hair brush, and I'm gorgeous. Well, my beard is, anyway. The hold could be a little bit better, I admit. This balm definitely tames stray hairs when first applied, but by the end of the day, my beard is looking a little more poofy than I prefer.

Even so, I can't give this anything less than a perfect 5 out of 5, because I smell DELICIOUS. To me, it's the scent of a tray of warm brownies, straight from the oven. One woman told me she wanted to eat my face. Barring a zombie outbreak, I'm going to take that as a compliment.

Trent H.: The product itself is worthy of 5 stars. I have used the gentlemen's blend for several months and I really enjoy it. However, I'm not a big fan of this particular scent. To me, it's an overly sweet smell that's heavy on the chocolate/caramel aroma with the coffee being almost non-existant. With a more pronounced coffee smell I think I would have really liked this one, but I'll probably only use it on occasion as it is.

With that said, the product itself is solid and does what it says. I definitely recommend GBS products, but this particular one just isn't for me.
