Amazon Customer: I like the size and it’s just enough so it won’t go bad

Sophie S.: Sometime over the last year or so, it seems like the recipe changed - I noticed that the kibble size and shape changed (less puffy, more flat) and that it started to have a bouillon-type odor. My dog caught on too - she started getting really finicky about eating it. A few tactics seemed to help a little: Softening the kibble with hot water, adding mix-ins, getting on the floor next to her bowl and making "yum yum" sounds. Still, often she'd take a bite of food, spit it out on the carpet, and eat around the kibble. And then I realized there was so much circus around dinner... why not just try a new kibble?? Bingo. I brought a few bags of different dog foods home last week, and she devoured the sample of small breed senior dog kibble from Nutro... and ignored the little bowl of Solid Gold. Sorry, SG - it's been a good run, but it's time to move on!

marmar: Just got this, so far my 20 pound Norwich Terrier seems to like it a lot. 20 pounds is too heavy for a Norwich, and I am hoping she will lose a few pounds on this food, was recommended by a friend.
