Global Traveller: Had some challenges with the first one, but the seller stayed true to their commitment and shipped a replacement asap. The second one has been working like a charm and I could not recommend it with a stronger endorsement. It is a powerful tool that is well constructed and will last you a long time. Have been using it to trim the difficult bushes and the trees on a regular basis and it has made my life super easy.

Keith: Feels pretty good in the hand, I like the safety trigger and the chain guard. Was expecting the chain to be bigger like a normal saw but it’s small and comes with two extra chains and a sharpening kit. No messy oil and the chain gets loose after 10 or so cuts. Easily tightened. I wish it was 6 inch but it’s only a 4 inch bar. It would be a good camp saw if you have a way to charge it. Good for small fire wood.

Debbie Brinen: Not sure about the battery life as I haven't used this enough yet. The only thing I wondered about was chain saw oil; I've never had a chainsaw of any kind or size that didn't use some kind of chain oil.
Love this saw, great even for going through brush-I take it with me.

Vivian: This is a definite must to maintaining a yard. We have Bamboo and many trees. It was much easier than lopping shears AND I could do it myself!It is light weight and very comfortable to hold.The batteries last along time. I could very easly cut back and trim branches with out asking my husband and son for help!It was packaged nicely so that the extraparts can be kept with it. I did lubricate the chain before I used it. Highly reccommend it

Robert S.Robert S.: This is a great little saw! I have four, 40-year old Spruce trees that needed trimming (branches hanging close to the ground). In the past, I’ve trimmed them with a hand saw, but it was a day’s hard work. With this little chainsaw, it took less than 2 hours from start to finish. I’ve attached some photos. The largest branch I cut was close to 4 inches. It gave very fine cuts, and did surprisingly well since this is green sapwood. I did about 3/4 of the job with the first battery, and finished the remainder using about 1/2 of the second battery! Very impressive cutting and battery performance.

Paul K: I haven't given this pruner a decent run yet so can't comment on battery life. Would like to come back after 3-4 months to make a proper review. I am a designer and have modified the design of the casing to suit what I think a pruner should provide. In 1/2 hour of use it did the job well enough. (I will oil the chain between uses.)

Claudia Caldwell: This little saw is amazing. I have the perfect tree for this saw. 2-3” inch branches and a softer wood. I’m 66 and this saw was lightweight and very easy to use. I like it has a safety button. Comes in a storage box. Battery life was great and easy to change out. Comes with a handy tool kit and spare chains. Fully assembled just charge the battery and you’re good to go.

Received a nice email from the company. Good customer service. Would highly recommend this product.

Mrs. F: I used this for ice storm clean up. (The Willamette Valley had a terrible ice storm in February 2021 and dropped so many branches!) It fit the job of branches that were too small for the regular chainsaw, but too big to fit in the chipper. So this saw allowed me to cut the bigger ends off so I could fit more in the chipper, and stack tidy firewood.

It does buck wildly, so you really have to focus on keep the branch still while keeping your hand far from the chain. Not terribly safe, but goes much faster than handsawing! I wouldn't use it prune a tree I liked: the cuts are too ragged and bucking makes it hard to be precise. It also vibrates the crap out of springy live branches like on a lilac bush. It did better on dead redwood and maple - not pretty, but fine for firewood.

The battery is bulky and ill-balanced in the hand so it's not very comfortable to hold. It's awkward to carry when not in use, just carrying it in your hand you naturally hold down the safety release. The 2 batteries together last about an 1 1/2 hours of work time, so plan according. I was hoping that the batteries were compatible with my Black & Decker charger, but they are not. The batteries...

Kindle Customer: I was a bit skeptical when buying this however I couldn't be happier. This is a very well built handheld chainsaw. It has a lot of power and cuts down small trees and branches with ease. I've cut down a few trees around 5 to 6 inches round with no problem (within seconds), however I don't think I'd go much more than that. I like that it came with a back up battery and extra chains. For my use I haven't had to use more than one battery for any job I've done but definitely comes in handy and I know these batteries are not cheap so its a good back up. If you have a small to medium job to do and don't want to lug around a gas can or big chainsaw get one of these.

Andrea: I do recommend this mini chainsaw for the woman (or man) that wants to be helpful as well as feel the thrill of cutting down smaller trees. We have a lot of small alder trees taking over part of our yard and this was awesome to cut those quickly and efficiently. I’ve also cut cedar, spruce and hemlock all which were fairly small in size. It’s very fun to cut down a tree then cut it into smaller logs to save for our fire pit on the nice summer nights. It’s pretty easy to use. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer, but since it comes with 2, I just switch it out and put the first one back on the charger. My mom bought this exact one after seeing how easy it was to use. I’m 35 and a small framed woman (116 lbs) and this is not too heavy, nor uncomfortable to use. It’s perfect, actually. I definitely recommend.
