Danielle: It worked very well, no complaints other than it completely just stopped working after 3 years. It won't even turn on. The last two uses it started to smell like melting plastic but I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary anywhere. I checked the coil, the back, and the top without taking it apart. Then it just completely died. I assume something went wrong on the inside workings. The warranty expired after 2 years, so I had to buy a new one. We used it daily, and I'd say it suffered "moderate-heavy" usage, but I wish it had lasted longer. Otherwise it was a good investment. I purchased the "newer model" of the same product. Hopefully it lasts a little longer.

Hula: One week ago, I bought another brand of air fryer. Everything seemed perfect about it when it arrived but the second time I used it it had an electrical shortage and was dead. I was so disappointed after doing all the research.!!! my sister and I bought the same air fryer and she ended up returning hers too afraid that it would have an electrical short like mine. When the gowise arrived, the delivery person left it on the stairs 2/3 of the way from the front door. The box and unit weighed 32 pounds. It was a challenge to roll that box up the stairs, but I was determined because I had no choice -the other air fryer was so light, I could carry it up the stairs in the box by myself. So I approached this air fryer with much trepidation I like the gowise brand. I'm actually replacing a Gowise air fryer that I really loved for three years. When I finally had the energy to unbox the air fryer and install it I felt hopeful. First it's a solid machine well-made and impressive. It comes with a generous amount of accessories. Vivian: Bought Nov. 16, 2021. 2 months after warranty product does not work well. Set to fry at 400, after 10 minutes unit shuts down. Not usable for what we bought it for.

Jetson: This is our second Air Fryer and we are as pleased with this one as the previous one. The controls are easy to use, the unit is not too loud and the food cooks well for everything we have tried, including but not limited to, Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Breasts and Wings, Roast Pork and Rotisserie Pork, Egg Rolls and other snack and Garlic Cheese Bread. The cavity is slightly larger than other Manufacturer Makes, which allows for a better rotisserie sized chichen, (apprx 4 lb). The Red is quite nice and adds a nice accent colour to the
kitchen. The interior cooking space dimensions: 10 1/4 " Wide x 9 1/2 " Deep x 7 1/4 high with the tray in place and 7 1/2 without the tray. I recommend this product.

Steven Simmons: Great product, I have used extensively since I've purchased it. A 3 pound chicken on the rotisserie in under an hour, I was amazed the internal temperature was 175° well above the safe temperature. Yet it was moist and juicy DELICIOUS! I will say that baking in it was a bit of challenge, but I have mastered it. It does run very hot so reducing the temperature by 20° below 350 is a good starting point.

Jim: My first attempt with an air fryer. I wanted something big because most of them looked like they were very small and could not handle large meals or cooking for a full week’s worth of meals. One of the first things I wanted to try was to cook (air fry) bacon. This baby will do a full pound of thick sliced bacon with ease. I used the two shallow mesh trays and then just switched them out about ½ way through. The top of the oven is definitely a hot spot so if you fill it up, you’ll need to adjust expectations to keep from burning. Don’t forget to save the grease in the bottom pan so you can fry your eggs in it later!

I found that the cook times in the recipe book were no-where near where they needed to be, too low. The user’s manual has a more useful guide IMHO. Also, the recipe book has NO PAGE numbers on the pages!?!? Who thought that one up? But I suspect there are probably some very good places on-line to learn more about things to do with an air fryer…

Haven’t yet had time to try out more of the functions but my first experience with the bacon was great. The mesh trays came out looking nasty from a cleaning standpoint but BOY did they clean up easy....
