Don't know what all the negative reviews are about but I have purchased this product three times in the past month and the secret is to roast them at 3:50 for 12 minutes shaking them every 3 to 5 minutes to move around I let them cool slightly and then put them between two dish towels and rub them to get all the skins off the bit messy but they come out perfect every time I love you as much one of my favorite nuts in these are the best to find and buy with every penny I highly recommend them to buy

Not much to say other than a great product that is fresh and of a high quality, The hazelnut flavor we all know and love in our coffee is subtle, but definitely is noticeable and can be brought out more with a quick roast of the nuts.
Side note: Hazelnuts are definitely the most picturesque nut with a skin akin to mahogany. If I was going to hang up any painting of a food, it would skip the fruit bowl and go with these. Sorry for the random comment, just really wanted to mention it :)

Decent and good bargain if you want hazelnuts only (hard to find by themselves) - but came with a TON of the skin in the bottom of the package (about 1/4 the volume), and half the nuts were skinless and half skin-on, so if you have problems with the skin getting caught in your throat this brand is not for you.
