Tips:#1( THE ONLY MUST) finish with unsalted butta 🧈 ...GAME changer!
#2 If you really want to turn it up a notch sear mushrooms and add to demi while heating..
# 3 Add a splash of wine ... doesn't matter red or white ...
Only Con is I can't find in a case 🥲... so sourcing locally is my backup! 🥩

Alexander L.: $24.00 for a 1.5 oz container. It was smaller than the palm of my hands. Couldn't have been all shipping charge because it came by post. Not worth it. Got a 16 oz container from another Seller on Amazon for $30.00.

Mims: The product description for this item reads "Pack of six, 1.5-ounces (total of 9-ounces)" so I was disappointed to receive only one pack of 1.5 ounces. The reviews on Amazon.com are glowing for this product so I am keeping it to try out but beware the cost for a tiny 1.5 oz package of this demi-glace.
