Dachi: The lavender is better for smell than taste, so the first taste is a bit strange, but once you get to the genuine honey taste underneath it is VERY good.

Irene Lee: I like the interesting lavender taste, but the honey middle is a bit basic. I like the taste of the powdered coating. Packaging is pretty, so good for gifting. If they made a 100% lavender hard candy (without the honey center) with 90% of the sweetness from the original's lavender, I would prefer that. Just a recommendation to the manufacturer. Overall though, you won't be able to find a candy like this sold in the markets elsewhere (at least in the US) so I encourage anyone to buy and try.

Zefir909: This is a premium confection. With a delicate but full bodied taste, you really can't beat them. They are produced in a healthy way utilizing honey bees that pollinate organic trees in France. The only problem is for a small jar they are rather pricey. They are a great after dinner treat!
