Kat: This set looks like it is so much more expensive than it is, wow. I have accidentally scratched a couple of them (which is weird because I don't use metal with these pans), but they're holding up very well. The only reason I hesitated to give five stars, and it's really not a huge deal, is that the baking sheet is weirdly hard to clean. For some reason, residual burnt food is left after using this baking sheet for things that don't leave behind any kind of residual on other baking sheets. Then, when I try to wash it, the black residue is halfway impossible to get off. I might just have to switch up my cleaning method and try something a bit more abrasive for this sheet. But, given that it's just one product in the whole set and it's still a heavy duty baking sheet, I'm happy with this purchase overall.

Amazon Customer: I really like the look of this set, and they're very easy to clean and cook with. However, the coating is not durable AT ALL. We are careful to not use metal cutlery when we're cooking with them, but there have been a few times we've forgotten. If a metal utensil even looks at the coating, it chips and scratches. At least they aren't Teflon or something poisonous.

Driver: This is the 2nd time I have purchased these fantastic pan's. The 1st lasted 7 years and probably would have lasted 7 more, but these were pretty and came with the baking pan's too.
These were cheaper than my 1st set.
The baking pan's are thick not flimsy like normal bakeware.
These are exactly as advertised, I know that they will last for years. You won't be disappointed and they sure are pretty and professional looking like a master chef would use.

Frank: Be aware with Gotham steel when cooking on an induction stove, not to cook on high heat. The temperature is lower because induction stoves don’t require with Gotham steel to be at high heat. This is a fantastic set! Besides, you save on energy if you cook on lower temperature. It cooks as fast as pots on high temperature on gas or regular electric stoves. Worth the money to buy it. 😊👍 it’s also worth noting when you look on the box, it clearly states it’s aluminum. Aluminum is thinner so don’t use high heat on induction stoves.

DH: I was looking for nice copper cookware and I came across Gotham Steel copper cookware set. I must say it's a nice set, BUT the copper finish on the small frying pan I received appears faded. It looks like in a few years, it'll go from faded copper to silver. The others look fine though.

The do very well on my gas powered stove and food does not stick. Make sure your fire is not high. It says so in the card/brochure that comes with it. I'd recommend if you're looking for a nice cheap copper cookware set.

P PetersP Peters: I don't care what others may have said, let's just face it there are people out there paid to discredit others.
I wanted to use this cookware for many weeks before giving my review. I followed the directions! I didn't use any spray oil, only butter or oil. I don't usually cook dry but have no doubt nothing would stick as I used the steamer a lot and small pieces fall through and stick to the side of the pan but they wipe off easily. I have never had to soak or scrub and actually could have just used a paper towel to wipe clean. I have cooked everything from pasta meals to meats, eggs, and browned potatoes with no problems. Heat distribution is superb.
I had always wanted cookware I could display below my dishes and this cookware is beautiful. It doesn't discolor and looks brand new after many weeks of constant use.
I read some of these reviews and really thought long and hard about whether to try it.
I'm also grateful for the price. If I had seen them beforehand I would have been willing to spend easily much more. The price is unbelievably low for the quality. The bakeware was also included and it's the same heavy duty quality. My muffins and cakes were perfect and...
