Tracy R. Lolio: I think because it is in sections, it isn't as sturdy as it should be. I wired it to the boards in the corner of my fence for my wisteria. it completely fell over in a storm. The second time the top section snapped off entirely. Not good in windy areas.

Sammie Lawrance: its great so far tho the bottom half didnt want to attach with the wall brackets dunno if this is a one off error or not. i realised that where we are putting it that it wasnt a deal breaker being 3ft shorter tho. really happy with the over all look and design :) awesome for the price aswell and will last so much longer then a wooden version.

amismeamisme: This trellis is good quality at a reasonable price, and adds interest to a large blank area of wall. I am planning on planting a clematis at its base in the Spring which will look quite lovely climbing up the trellis. I am very pleased with my purchase. Just a word of caution, the instructions show the brackets going down from the joins but they actually must be installed going up in order to hang on the customer's hardware (not supplied).

darleydame: These are a good width as well as tall. Like another reviewer I have just used the middle and top sections. Intend to cut the legs off the other piece and as I bought 2 I can make up another good sized trellis. Would have liked the mounting brackets to be longer so there was more of a gap behind but if needs be a few blocks of wood would do. The internal lattice isn't very robust so I doubt it would cope with a woody climber such as honeysuckle or roses but adequate for clematis. They look very good by themselves without any plants.

J. A. Auty: This is quite tall so I only used the top and bottom section. I didn't follow instructions preferring to put in the bottom section first. The feet are not generous so I ended up using wooden stakes to make the structure stronger and securing with ties. I felt, as it's flimsy, when it had a plant attached , it would topple over. It is not very well made, a couple of "diamonds" sprang away from the frame. The packaging was slightly damaged so hence my mark of 3* s. But it was not expensive and I have a spare section which when staked I can use for a shorter climbing plant.
