Xander DeeXander Dee: Bought this life tent to keep in the car in case of emergency to make a heat reflective shelter in case I had to leave my vehicle. Whilst the material isn’t the thickness of a tarp I really wasn’t expecting that at this price point so I’m very pleased with the product. Using a lightening deal I’m content to store this away in the boot with a camping blanket and other gear as a “just in case” product. Reading previous reviews I did take this out of the carry case and string the ridge line inside before folding it away again so it’s more or less ready to put up as soon as I need it. Due to it’s weight, size and price point I’d highly recommend this product as you never know when you might need it

Amazon Customer: So not a huge fan of the paracord it came with. But i have my own quick ridge line system i use instead. I wanted to share a discovery though. If you have some ranger bands you can actually shrink this down even tighter. I got my so small i was able to fit inside a ziplock "snack" bag. Allowed me to add it to my super tiny EDC pouch. That really bumped it up in my appreciation level. I cant give it the full 5 star review yet till its been battle tested. Ill update this post if/when that happens. Either way i doubt its durable enough to be consistently reusable...still it should do in a pinch and could last long term as long as its paired with a skilled carrier of duct tape :D

Nigel: Great description. Brilliant compact size. I bought 2 of these for emergency use, and fingers crossed they'll stay in the bags. I do alot of group walkingand and we are all prepared for most eventualities. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have. I see them being used on the ill equipped walkers, especially with the poor summer and colder seasons fast approaching.
