Amazon Customer: I am so sorry they are no longer making this product. Apparently there was an issue in obtaining some of the ingredients. I had to move on but haven't found anything that works - not even nearly as well.

J. Speicher: I've used this product for many years and have always loved how great it works and lives up to its claims. Most recently I've been unable to find it in stores, so came to order it. Had to buy the 2ounce and paid $46.00 for. It was delivered March 11, 2023. On opening it I checked the expiration date ... couldn't believe it's to expire 10-23-2023!! Just used it for the first time and was further ticked because it didn't foam, where as it's always foamed upon application in the past. Is this something new? Or is that to be expected with companys changing formulas and thus downgrading their product. But for that amount of money for the 2 ounce bottle, I feel a tad ripped off. I yet to tell if the results are as good as always or what. I need and expect a product of high quality! Otherwise, what's the point of spending that kind of money on a product with a very short shelf life ... considering only a few drops are needed at a time!

Consumption Gumption: A few drops is all it takes and expands into a foam of mouthwash in your mouth. The taste is not that bad but nothing desirable, a bit chalky but doesn't have a lingering after taste. I have aligners that cut my tongue, gums, and inside cheeks which sometimes from the open trauma will cause canker sores (not the same as cold sores). Sometimes I also have a tendency to overfloss which causes me gum irritations. Basically, painful mouth ulcers, when you cut your inside cheeks, tongue or gums from eating, flossing, or teeth grinding. This antimicrobial oral rinse is excellent as a temporary remedy as well as to help heal much quicker. I sometimes just use it every other two or three days afterwards of toothbrushing to pre-empt any aligners-derived cuts even when I have no canker sores or mouth ulcers. The only minor issue I can think of, per bottle direction, is swishing the solution drops in your mouth for up to two minutes. That is way too long of swishing, for me. I can't even wait for noodles in a cup to cook in the microwave for that long. So, basically, I spit it out when I feel as if the medication has reached all crevices and has 'coated' all corners of my mouth to feel...

R. Anderson: I've been suffering from canker sores for a long time, but over the last year my breakouts are becoming more common and severe. After some research, I've decided to cut out all products that contain sodium laurel sulfate, which many believe is a possible cause of canker outbreaks. My first order for this new lifestyle was to look for a mouthwash to replace Lysterine. I found this product and decided to give it a shot.

When this product arrived I was in the midst of a canker outbreak, very painful. I used this product along with
Colgate Peroxyl Oral Cleanser. After 3 days, the cankers started to diminish and retreat. Good news, but was it just coincidence? The best result would be to not have another outbreak, but that's not the case. Early last week 2 new cankers set in. ugh...

I'm on day 5 of treating my current cankers. Here is what I can conclude. This product along with the Colgate Peroxyl appears to speed up the healing of the cankers.
