Crystal: I can't get enough of these! I'd probably call it mint 'fudge', rather than a brownie due to its thick, fudgy consistency rather than a cakey brownie. They are delicious and satisfy my sweet tooth. Only complaint- I'd love it they came in the mini version like some of the other larabar flavors.

BNA: These bars taste fine. The mint flavor is mild, though the chocolate flavor is barely perceptible. Speaking of chocolate, that is where the marketing is less than forthright. On the box, it says "Just 6 ingredients" in two places, and it's printed on every bar's wrapper, so they really are making a big deal out of that. I don't know if 6 warrants the adjective "just," but either way, it's not actually 6. The shady marketing lies in the fact that one of the ingredients is chocolate chips. Chocolate chips are not really a single ingredient; chocolate chips don't grow naturally in the wild. As enumerated on the box, that single component contains 4 ingredients. So, in truth, each bar has 9 ingredients--not 6. By analogy, if I sell a loaded supreme pizza and market it as "just 4 ingredients," but then explain those 4 ingredients are crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings, that's a very loose definition of what constitutes a single ingredient.

Bostonian: I’m giving this Larabar 3 stars overall. The box says 6 bars. I only had 5 in mine. When I looked st the package, the top was dented itn - like a hand tried to get inside. Well, I was right. I opened the compromised seal & found only 5 bars. I was going to toss them for fear of tampering, but my husband said he’d try one. He liked it. The chocolate chips & light fruit flavor. The bar was very fresh (yes, I took a bite), nice chocolatey flavor, light mint taste. I think amazon should send another box as a courtesy, this time with 6 bars!!

LaffingKat: These are a really healthy way to satisfy your chocolate cravings! They taste great and have a texture that actually reminds me of eating a fudgy (as opposed to a cake-like) brownie. They are also nutritious enough to work as a meal replacement in a pinch, so I love to carry them with me when I am out running errands or when I travel.
I've been a Larabar fan for a long time and have tried most of the flavors. I would stick with one of the fruit flavors for breakfast, but for other times of the day, this is now my favorite!
