Francis E. Clark: I like keeping these for a quick meal I can fix at work. Just take Amy's Enchiladas and Uncle Ben's spanish rice and you got a nice tasting meal made in less than 5 minutes. Great for those of us that only have 30 minutes lunch breaks!
