Maite DuquelaMaite Duquela: I ordered these boots size 10, and it fits perfectly. I am mostly between 9, 9.5 or 10, depending on the brand. I took as reference my converse shoes (which are 10) and they have exactly the same measurement. If you have converse, I would suggest buying these boots in the same size.
The boots are a little loose in the toe box, which is what i expected, as I usually wear a thermal and winter socks, so I use a lot of room. If you like them tighter, I suggest buying half a size down.
The upper side and tongue are a little wider than expected, but I have very small ankles and skinny legs, so I’m used to that. However, I could readjust the laces to make it tighter, and it fits perfectly! I’m in love!!

T_Anderson: These are so cute, comfy and warm (so far, I've only had them like 5 days). I live in CO and we just had several single digit days and my feet were nice and warm running errands and picking up kids. True test will be after a day in the snow tubing so I'll update at a later date.
I almost bought $220 sorel joan of arctics and saw these, figured they were worth a shot because I wasn't excited to spend 200 on boots. I'm so happy I ordered these. The day after they were delivered I saw the sorel boots on some lady at the store and I was relieved I went with these. These are cute and ladylike for lack of a better word. I usua wear a 9 so that's what I ordered and they fit perfect. I never wear thick socks during the winter, but if I did I can see how they might be a little tight. If you like thick socks go up a half size.

Mixed BlessingsMixed Blessings: There are two things you need to know - I live in Minnesota and on a farm. These boots kept my feet warm even in the coldest temps here, and as we moved into spring, they were waterproof even in water and...let's call it "mud"...over my ankle with no leakage. Seriously. I was amazed. When I got them, the "fur" on top was a little chintzy looking as it was not cut properly so in a couple places there were edges that were sort of sticking up. I didn't care because you can't tell unless you look carefully and I didn't buy them for looks (although I think they are super cute). I didn't buy these for farm boots, but that's what these became, so will certainly be buying another pair before next winter. There is essentially no arch support and are a "little" stiff, so if you have foot pain (like I do) don't plan on having these on for hours and hours without some sort of insert. I generally don't have mine on for more than an hour or two, so it wasn't an issue for me. They have great traction and the laces are easy to adjust with the metal loops. These were a little stiff when I first got them (to the point I thought about sending them back and getting ANOTHER have size up, but didn't...

Love2ShopLove2Shop: ***5 year later update!*** (2023)
5 years later and these boots still look brand new and keep my feet warm and dry!!!
***5 star 2021 updated review. Original review of 4 stars at the end!
I have upped my review to 5 stars. Two years later and the boots still look brand new and work amazingly! I walk in the snow and stay completely warm and dry. I’m super happy I got these two years ago!
Original review:
Just got these in today, so I can’t speak of their durability.
Sizing - I am in between an 8.5 and 9. I went with a 9 and I should be a good fit. The heel feels strangely snug and the toe area feels a bit loose. However, if I end up wearing thicker socks, I think it will be all right. I do have very narrow feet, so I was thinking the heel might be a problem for some people with wide feet.
The boots do seem a bit chintzier than what i was expecting... not as snuggly as I imagined, but they are cute.
The design of the shoe is a bit weird. The toe area of the sole seems very thick and the heel is not that big. When I am standing, I feel like I’m falling backwards, which is weird.
Lastly, I thought the pair I ordered was...

Alyssa: These went through the most muddy place I've seen. They didn't get wet on the inside. They are comfortable with soft lining. Now, the inside platforms are thin and did cause discomfort to my heels. The toe box does curve upwards, which made my feet sore. My toes could not move as freely. I am flat-footed, so that part was very uncomfortable.
