LM: Love the price for the size, but I was expecting smaller pieces of chalk. Maybe I read the PDP too quickly. Great value for the price.

G-lo: I was on the hunt for a cheaper chalk for climbing, and I thought based on the reviews that this might be it, but if you are into rock climbing at all, pass on this one. I climb both outdoor and indoor and will not be purchasing again. If you lift and need it for the gym, I think this would work fine, but in climbing the need for a lot of chalk to stick to your hands and stay in your hands cannot be met by this product. Just a few holds into a climb and I felt like the chalk was completely gone.

Andrew Belet: I've been a supporter of Gladiator Gym Gear since the beginning and, for the most part, all of their products have been home runs. Their gym chalk ball is no exception. I practice powerbuilding, so I do a lot of powerlifting movements and for heavy bench and deads chalk is absolutely a necessity. Most gyms, however, don't allow chalk because people slop it everywhere and turn the lifting platforms into an utter mess.
With G3's chalk balls, that isn't an issue. I just put mine in a Ziploc baggy and only use it when needed. Yes, you can still use the bar to chalk up the bar as well! The gym manager doesn't seem to mind when I use this chalk, so that's a huge plus. I can't guarantee you the same results, but its worth a shot!
