Josiah Joel StewartJosiah Joel Stewart: This product is phenomenal! This liquid chalk is very easy to apply, and leaves very little mess when you're done.
I use this product every time I deadlift which is about twice a week, and I've managed to pull 475lbs no straps with this chalk. The bottle looks small, but it lasts for quite a surprisingly long amount of time as long as you use a reasonable amount (about a dimes worth)
One pro tip I'd give is to re-apply a small amount after each set. It doesn't need to be a full dimes worth, but just a dab to give you that extra grip. Comes with a carabiner, which I use to hook onto my gym bag.

5 stars, I've bought this product a couple times and will continue to do so, as long as I still need chalk.

Jessica Canu: Definitely a gym bag must for the heavy but clean lifters 🤣. I always wanted some chalk for better lifts but didn’t get it because I didn’t want to leave a mess and this liquid chalk definitely comes in clutch. Make sure to rub it until it becomes powdery as it is liquid at first.

Grant Meridith: I use it at the gym. Use about a dime size and rub it in like lotion. Usually last all workout. If you do a ton of sets you might need to reapply a time or two. I usually do 9-12 sets.
