Sy: I like heat but not liquid fire type heat. Nor am I a fan of habanero as that’s a stinging type heat.

Yellow bird ghost pepper is more of a warming burn in your throat and back of mouth.
Delicious and addictive sauce.

It’s pricey though if you like a touch of heat, give it a try. I’m ordering two more bottles.
Kudos to the makers as it’s incredibly good.

P: I love to put hot sauce on almost everything. The fact that you don’t need to refrigerate after opening means the bottle stays on the dining table next to the salt and pepper so I really can put it on everything without planning ahead. The heat level is really good. The container is a squeeze bottle so you have great control over how much comes out and how uniformly you can apply it. Want it hotter? Just squeeze out a few more drops. I love both Yellow bird’s habanero and ghost pepper sauces.

Kyle crysel: Flavor profile is point on. Don’t get me wrong, this stuff’s hot but it’s gooood. Don’t use too much and the ghost pepper flavor is perfect!

Brandon Nguyen: I like the agave and ghost pepper sauce but when I tried this one it was not my favorite. The hot sauce has a slightly bitter almost chemical-like after taste that makes it unpleasant. It's not strong to the point of unbearable but noticeable enough that I've been sticking to their Ghost pepper hot sauce.

Rob: The ghost pepper one might be the perfect hot sauce. Incredible taste, sweet and smoky with just a hint of vinegar (overpowering vinegar taste in particular puts me off from a lot of sauces). Consistency is always on point - not too watery/runny, but not too thick.

Heat wise it’s above average for sure. Someone with no tolerance is not going to be able to handle much of it. Someone who likes spicy will find that they get their fix without it being crazy hot and overpowering.

It honestly goes great with everything from eggs, to rice and beans, to any kind of meat. You can pretty much instantly turn any bland meal into something delicious without sacrificing your health. So if you’re looking for a fairly spicy and sweet/smoky hot sauce that does not have a strong vinegar taste, this is the perfect choice.

MrGogo: Seit langem die beste "Hot Sauce"... sehr angenehme, zurückhaltende, das heißt nicht beißende Schärfe. Eher eine Aroma-Schärfe, wie beispielsweise bei Tabasco. Schmeckt so gut, dass ich gleich mal 1/5 der Flasche pur mitm Löffel in mich reingeschoben hab und es dann doch noch zu einem ordentlichen Sodbrennen geschafft habe! ^^

Hoffentlich zukünftig wieder verfügbar - da es ein Import ist, nicht ganz so gut verfügbar, wie mir scheint.
