Purchased a year ago, started having issues with the water flow, contacted customer service, they sent me a new head for the faucet. Replacing fixes the issue, but soon after the sensor stopped working. Customer service sent a new control box, replaced the control box and everything works like new again. Really didn’t expect customer service to go as far as they did to help me, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Nice looking faucet. Love the multiple spray options and the touchless operation. However, it would be nice to be able to use the faucet without the touchless function.

I have had this faucet for a little over a year and it is the worst purchase of Amazon I have ever made. The touch sensor doesn't work right, doesn't turn on, randomly turns on or randomly turns off. The battery for the touch sensor goes out every few weeks and changing it is not convenient. We unplugged the touch sensor portion of the sink but the sink itself won't work even if the touch portion is turned off when the battery dies. NOT a fan.

The look and feel of the faucet are very good. However the automatic feature did not work properly. The instructions are minimal and don’t include an exploded view with any part numbers. The feed hoses were about a foot shorter than the faucet I removed. I had to make up extensions.
The company did respond to emails and has sent me a part. They would not provide me an exploded view or parts list.
Time will tell if this was a good buy or not. The looks and feel and visible workmanship are very nice. If the automatic feature can be made to work I think we will like the faucet.
Update! Vendor express mailed a replacement valve and the faucet works great.
