We had our plumber install this for us and he said for what we paid, this is a great faucet and we agree. This has been made with more metal pieces than a typical kitchen faucet, easy installation, and the motion sensor that is plugged in is really cool. He did warn us that if we were to leave on vacation and no one was staying at our house, to unplug the sensor so we could use it like a normal faucet as that alleviates any potential for the faucet to get turned on and cause a flood. We've had it now for almost 4 months and we don't regret our purchase one bit. We don't have the batteries installed as we figured the electrical would be enough and it really is. We highly recommend this faucet, especially for the convenience and price!

The faucet is very nice.. it was fairly easy to install. Looks great . Hose works well. Water pressure good. But the issue I have is with the sensor. Half the time I turn the faucet on the water does not come on unless I wave my hand in Front of the sensor, other times it comes on with no problems …. this gets very aggravating. I love the faucet, but wish I had purchased one without the sensor.

Edited: The company responded and is going to refund the price difference to us.
The first one we got was defective and the sensor did not work. We attempted to contact the company but could not find any way to contact Gimili despite there being a box to click to contact them on their website. The box to contact them took me back to amazon home page. My husband ordered a replacement faucet (the same one) on his account but it was $35.00 more than the one I returned on my account. So we had to suck up the extra $35.00. I realize we should have done the return and re-purchase on the same account but there is no way to let amazon know that this happened. I did explain it in the return page box but have not heard anything back from them to see if we could be refunded the additional money we had to pay. Otherwise, the faucet looks nice and the replacement one worked but we will see how long it lasts.
