athomemom: Have used this product for years to remove hair from my upper lip. I always leave on for the 8-9 minute range and have never had any irritation and it is very effective in removing all of the unwanted hair. I never use the calming bond that come with it - I actually usually just toss it along with the box.

LiYahTransfers: I received the product without a broken package however the Box containing the product was opened. When I saw it was opened I opened each of the tubes to see if they were tampered with and I find neither of those tubes had a seal on it. Usually it comes with a very thin layer of foil as a sealer over the tubes indicating it is brand new. After seeing no seal I looked at the color. I also checked to see if they were full. Both were full however the color of the soothing cream which is usually whiter than the hair removal was a orange color indicating that this product must be very old and/or tampered with. I didn't want to put it on my face to prove anything but will return immediately!!!

amie: If this is a sensitive formula I'm scared to know what the regular formula is like. It does work on peach fuzz, but coarse hair is a no for me. I used it on my chin hair/ neck and it did remove the peach fuzz that's hard for me to remove when I pluck, but the main coarse hairs stood behind. What's worse is they became even more sensitive and started burning at the root even after washing off the product. Still burns at the root some 20 minutes+ later. By the way it feels, I know that if I was to rub my face my face would break out in hives like many of other women's pictures here.

If you only want to remove peach fuzz get it. FOLLOW the directions and don't rub it off hard. Try to be gentle and wash off quickly with a gentle soap. 5 minutes should definitely be enough. I didn't use the after cream because I was scared it would break out my skin so I just used a very thick layer of shea butter. My skin is red and sensitive/ a bit inflamed enough. If you still want to try and have coarse hair, I would recommend plucking them bad boys first the day before and then going in with the cream to remove fuzz the next day. Smell is not that bad people can be dramatic I've smelled...

Ailish: Well ..... I used it for a full Brazilian. I was really desperate with Covid and do NOT shave. Um- I half regret it. But only 2 areas didn’t go well?? Other drawback is unlike my thigh and arm hair which are fine and almost blonde, my Brazilian area is dark AF. So I wasn’t actually so completely wipe all the hair away. Will I try again? Value Minded Customer: My husband has been wanting me to go bare for quite some time and I've met him with great resistance. When the gray started acting like it owned the joint, I decided to become open to the option of being bare. After lots of research with the best personal shavers, etc (because lets face it, I'm NOT the type to sit spread eagle for a stranger while they rip me clean), I came across the Gigi's. After reading tons of reviews, I decided it was a good place to start without investing a lot. I'd read reviews of others that used all over their privates and didn't have issues. I ordered and it was delivered 2 days later.

While on the fence as to what to do, things had gotten a little overgrown. I used it the first night I had it but, since I was very concerned about possible adverse effects, I only used it on the front. I left it on for 8 minutes, wiped it off with a wet washcloth and voila....only about 70% success. I hopped in the shower and considered doing cleanup with a razor but was concerned about irritation.
