Almost Home: I am a baker and made confections for years. I have made multiple purchases for The Ghirardelli chocolate chips but this is a first for their Cocoa including sugar. I wanted to find a quality chocolate powder that was versatile for both baking and confections. I made a batch of double chocolate cookies and used this product for the first time vice Hershey Cocoa. The Ghirardelli cocoa wins hands down with blending power, flavor, value for your money and taste. That rich 'Swiss chocolate' taste is written all over this wonderful cocoa powder. I will be using this powder for all my future baking and confections. Remember this cocoa contains sugar. I HIGHLY recommend this item.

Theory: LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I LOVE MAKING LITTLE BEVS THAT TASTE LIKE ECKSMAS in this pumpkin spice (yuck) season. Dislike, the bait & switch to lure one in for "overnight" or "next day delivery" w/ subscription purch of $25+ of certain items sold/shipped by a certain seller only to click through & IT'S REALLY 2-DAY, not overnight/next day.

Sharon Rose Robbins: I have been using this for years and I’ve been a barista at multiple different coffee shops using all types of white chocolate and this is by far the best one. I seek out the places that use this now and I have it in my home. I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it.

Marie: Step 1) Get 16g of light roast washed Ethiopian with a strong note of black forest.
Step 2) Grind the beans to espresso with a big grinder like the DF83 with SSP MP.
(Not to fine, and not to coarse aiming for that 20s turbo shot)
Step 3) Dump grounds into your 58mm non-pressurized high-flow basket.
Step 4) WDT > Auto-Leveler (no tamp crew here) > puck screen.
Step 5) Put the portafilter into the espresso machine.
Step 6) Flair 58...No pre-infusion go straight to 6 bar for that sweetness, and just work it till you hit 38g out. Remember 19-20 seconds.
Step 7) Get your milk pitcher. Put 36g of this amazing powder.
Step 8) Put 164g of whole milk.
Step 9) Froth it using a dry frother (not that spinning thingy) like your espresso machine or the bellman (manual crew here)
Step 10) Pour your latte art...I mean mocha art. (tbh you can only do a heart with mochas)
Step 11) Enjoy the amazing delicacy that you just made (and save $$$$).

Eliza: This tin arrived yesterday. Took a quick break from watching the Alcaraz/Medvedev Wimbledon semi final during the early hours of this morning, to make a cup of hot chocolate. The aroma when I opened the tin was wonderfully intoxicating, a kind of chocolate heaven. Milk plus half the recommended serving heated in a mug in the microwave worked well, no lumps, dissolved easily. Very sweet, which means it will go further. Decadent and delicious!
