Nancy: These chips are great for baking. They are extra rich in flavor and make things like chocolate chip cookies taste extra special. Due to high fat/cacao content, the chips are extra soft even after baking and cookies will be a little messier, gooier when eating

If I knew these were discs like my beloved 'Cambie', would have bought more.
They melt just right in a batter & your mouth.

It's Deep Dark Belgium-like chocolate.
Almost to the espresso end of the spectrum.
Still sweet but deliciously dark chocolate.

Added to brownies and Oh My Word, they were out of this world.
Thankfully for the 20 oz bag I had enough left for brownies.
A snack here, an ice cream topping there, just too good to resist.
