Amy C:
I could never find out what hot fudge they put on my sundae on the rare occasions I had enough points to upgrade to business class. (That was before they did the whole status thing for upgrades up until boarding.)
I ended up making my own, bit it's kind of a pain, and the one time I didn't sift my cocoa powder, it turned out lumpy.
So - hooray for this sauce! I'm sure you can get super fancy with toppings, but I think it's prefect on vanilla ice cream with nothing else to detract from the pure deliciousness found in simplicity. Although - a little scattering of Heath bar toffee bits was pretty yummy too!
Sorry no photos, but that happens when it's this good and you don't want the ice cream to melt. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I will never admit that a photo didn't even cross my mind!)

NYst8omynd: This is definitely delicious and as close as I have found to my hot fudge sundae memories of childhood summers. It is quite decadent... Ghirardelli knows their chocolate and is thicker than most others in the chocolate sauce group. The issue I have is that you are NOT supposed to warm it. Well- I'm going for "HOT" Fudge here and I know of no other scientific means to reach that delightful state other than heating it up. It comes in a long plastic bottle, reminiscent of those plastic ketchup and mustard bottles you squeeze, but the other problem is that they are NOT easy to squeeze. Definitely try to store it upside down (which you can because the lid closes flat- not like those pointed ketchup bottles) so the sauce is closest to the hole when you squeeze. Even then it's still not easy to squeeze but it is very rich so you don't need much. I also wonder if heating it would have made it easier to squeeze, but I am concerned about the plastic container and figured they wouldn't say "Do not heat" if there wasn't a pretty good reason so I have never tried. It is NOT cheap- but worth it to me because of the quality chocolate. I have bought before and will likely buy...

Connie Bell: Complete YUM!!!!! Can’t get enough of this concoction ! It’s hard to get out of the bottle as you reach the end: BOO HOO!! Turning it upside down doesn’t help much either. It tastes great though. Hide it from the teenagers in the house. Mine will eat it by the spoonful straight from the bottle!!

Rxw443: Way better than Hersheys chocolate syrup, and yet not as good as just a plain Ghirardelli chocolate bar. Def a premium sauce though, and much thicker than the other syrups out there. Looks great on a sundae, nice and rich.

James W Turpin: While the sauce is good it is nearly impossible to get out of the bottle. Lot of waste. Would not buy again.
