M. Trainer: I love these! I started eating these about 5 years ago when I found out I had high cholesterol, and refused to take medication to Band-Aid the issue. I sought out a nutritionist, with no help or guidance from my former doctor, and she suggested that I start eating clean and add more fiber. We created a new eating lifestyle based off of the F-Factor diet. I was eating 4 of these crackers a day. Within the first month I had dropped 10 lbs., 5 inches from my belly area, and I felt great. It took me just 8 weeks to get my cholesterol into the awesome range. I have kept up the lifestyle and now wear a smaller size than I did in high school!
They do take some getting used to. Don't be turned off when you first try them. They are dry, and by themselves taste horrid. You have to add toppings.

T. Dudley: My husband always said that the two greatest inventions were duct tape, and WD-40, and many people share this view. Now add to this gg crispbread!!! Some people say they make great sandwiches with peanut butter, tuna salad, or cheese, I even heard they make good pizzas, so I tried these. I didn't like any of them, but not wanting to waste my money, I decided to try some other ways of enjoying these. They really are wonderful after all!!! Throw them on the pond and they make wonderful little rafts for the frogs to sunbathe on, even baby turtles will enjoy a nice sun bath on them! Why not use them to repair holes in the barn where the grand children decided to try out the old brace and bit and drilled holes? I know mice chew through wood, but believe me it is going to take them awhile to chew through these! Cigarette burn on your coffee table? Just sand it down with with these rough little squares, {Just finish with a fine sandpaper to smooth out the roughness) and re-stain.
