Nigel: Not much to say, it's OEM Toyota/Lexus coolant. Four of our vehicles use this so it makes it super nice and easy to use not having to have different jugs of coolant for different cars.
This works on the following of what we own:
2007 Toyota Solara SE
2016 Lexus CT200h
2018 Lexus NX
2020 Lexus RCF
It's pre-diluted so you just pour it into the reservoir. Some folks might think it's priced high because it's already diluted but it's just the convenances of not having to mix anything and being able to pour and go.
OEM to me is worth it knowing that it's specifically for the cars that require it. It's not some aftermarket brand to all makes/models...etc.

Kevin & Rachel: If you are looking for Genuine Toyota Pink Coolant for your Toyota/Lexus than this is suitable for your application. All Toyotas and Lexus from 2004 newer uses the Pink Super Long Life Coolant.
Not all coolants are made equal and using the correct one will prolong the life on your vehicles cooling system. Many different vehicle manufacturers use different metals for their engines and require different formulas.
