Patrick J. Will JR: The oven never fully worked, temperatures were way off and either did not cook or burnt on all settings. After a couple uses the the setting dial for cooking was inoperable and would not move past bake. The settings we can use do not appear to be correct either as the fan will run sometimes in bake mode.

I made the mistake of buying early for a Christmas present so by the time it was not working it was already out of date for Amazon return. I registered with the one-year warranty but cannot get any response back from the manufacturer. I've tried the site for logging into the warranty and also an email address I found for them but nothing back.

Wish I read more reviews and how quickly this thing broke and I would have bought a more reliable unit. This point I might as well just toss it in the garbage. I would appreciate if somebody has the 800 number that other reviewers said they had good luck getting refunds or even a replacement.

Wat TylerWat Tyler: First one lasted 2 months and then the function knob stopped working properly, some functions worked but toast was completely broken and sometimes other functions would require 'jiggling' the knob to get the oven to run.

I contacted the seller, after some back and forth and pictures (see attached photo showing knob in toast position, light on but power light on the left not illuminated and no heat).

They sent a replacement, which arrived yesterday (2/13/22). There was no sign of damage to the box or the packing materials, however the oven itself had 2 dings on the top left and right. Additionally the rack would not site in the grooves, somehow the oven was damaged in a way that moved the inside part outward. The styrofoam packing seemed undamaged, so I can only presume damage happened at the factory prior to packing.

Customer service has been great, they're going to replace again. I'll update this review after I've either had a working oven for 3 months, or given up on this item.

I'm giving this 3 stars, while it worked it worked well enough. Maybe the third time will be a charm.

Taylor A.: The function knobs on the face of the air fryer are large and easy to read. The oven is easy to open and use. I use it almost every day for cooking meats and vegetables and the food tastes so great that I wish I had purchased the product much sooner. The food tastes much better than cooking in a regular oven. The function controls are large and easy to use and it is very easy to clean. However, the functions stopped working and I reported it to the Geek Chef Company. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. I received my new air fryer in a few days and love cooking with it again.
