Mike_1111: I bought those and the GE Grow Lights A19 bulbs. I didn't know which ones to choose. Besides the shape, the performance seems to be the same.
Here's what I said for the GE Grow Light A19 : "I was considering purple grow lights at first. But I'm glad I found these bulbs. I paired them with a clamp lamp and a smart plug. I programmed the lamp to turn on and off at specific times.
They are so bright and they seem to provide the amount of light that I couldn't get in the room where my plants are."
Since I've had them, I can already see the difference. I'm just an amateur gardener. But (thanks to those grow lights) it looks like I may succeed in saving some of those carnivorous plants that I have. They require so much light (which I couldn't get with sunlight alone because of my house/window configuration).

K WaK Wa: We recently got into plants and we’re looking for a grow light that would work in our space. We needed something that would reach the plants at the top of our plant stand. We paired it with the Vivosun reflector clamp fixtures and just attached to some blinds. So far so good! Will update on plant growth.

CoriCori: It was bright enough in the winter to keep my monstera plant from dying or shrinking but it was not nearly bright enough to keep my cactus from shrinking due to lack of sunlight. My golden barrel cactus grew taller, but skinner. Each new row of spines was slimmer than the last. Now that it's summer and the cactus is outside, the new rows are getting wider and the cactus looks like a bowling pin haha. Glad it kept my foliage plants from dying or shrinking, but the new leaves that came in were skinny and not fenestrated.

Dreamcatcher: I’ve had this light bulb for quite some time now and it’s still going with daily use on a timer. The color is much more manageable for my eyes than many other options, and the plants seem to thrive under it!

richard: Compared to the more expensive T5 lights, these lights are amazing. The are bright and cover a large area. I started with only 2 and now have a total of 6 to cover a 36-plants NFT system. Much cheaper than using T5 bulbs.

Rob: Seedlings are growing and thriving but all leaning towards window daylight suggesting to me that the spectrum emitted isn't what it should be for these bulbs. Likely try different ones in the future.

Victoria: Bought these bulbs to help some of my orchids and house plants that were just not getting enough light.
What I wasn’t expecting is how bright these really are! Like holy smokes that’s a bright bulb, in a good way.
One of my sad alocasias perked up within a couple of hours and my oncidium that didn’t look super hot perked up quickly as well!
It’s a bright and clean white light that I really love and It shows off plant color beautifully.

Will be purchasing more and I’d highly recommend them for anyone with house plants or orchids!

Overall: Fantastic bulb for the price, great color of light, gives off enough energy to perk the picky plants up and they don’t run hot.

M. JayM. Jay: Love these bulbs. They're so bright (photo w/lamp on vrs lamp off - no flash) and even placed 18'' away my tropical plants that need "bright, indirect" lighting are growing better than they did sitting within 8'' of my west window. It's the middle of winter and my Begonia are starting to bloom again under these lights. You actually have to be careful not to sunburn your plants; I've singed the tips on a few, LOL. My favorite thing is that they're white light to the eye so they don't distort the view of your plants. Most strips of LED grow lights you have to replace the entire strip when one dies, and most are not sold in single strips, this makes replacing them expensive. These are light any house bulb, put it in any standard screw in bulb fixture and replace the bulb easily when one dies. The only thing is since these bulbs are rather long, you can't cram them up underneath shelves of a mini greenhouse. I have mine in a gooseneck fixture on the side outside of my green house with them tilted to shine inside from the side (see last photo). To put them inside my greenhouse I would have to remove a shelf or 2 to double the height clearance between shelves. A single light hung in the...
