Jodi: After hubby was told his electrolytes needed a bump, I started researching the crazy amount of products in the marketplace. Most are expensive and many have too much of one thing, not enough of others. G2 offers a decent amount of sodium and potassium with a little sugar, found to help mineral absorption - based on the info I found. G2 is affordable, easy to make, (although the mixing info for 2 qts is incorrect on the label) and has definitely improved hubby's electrolyte numbers. It tastes like Fruit Punch. Put it on Subscribe&Save so he never runs out.
