Rob: Easy to use. Easy to follow directions. Only gripe is the plug in car charger. Constantly looses connectivity and the GPS wants to shut down.

ChiefB & SweetieBoo: Ordered this Garmin to replace a previous model that I've been using for approx 15 years. The GPS itself works great, nice features, bright and clear display. Unfortunately the wrong power cord was included with the bundle. I contacted Garmin and never heard back. I then contacted Amazon to see if they could send the correct cord; they can't send individual parts. I ordered a replacement bundle and it had the correct power cord so now everything is working basically fine. I'm still getting used to the differences between this GPS and my prior GPS.e ting that hasn't changed is how difficult it is to do updates to the maps. It's an approx 9GB download that's extremely difficult to accomplish if you don't have a very good internet connection. Unfortunately I live in Arkansas which is basically a third world country when it comes to technology. Bottom line is that the quality control on this bundle is lacking. Amazon fixed the problem but the problem never should have existed to start with. Order at your own risk.

Dennis Bouffard: I got the Garmin 65 refurbished unit and i jave to say i love it....i had a garmin smart gps for a while and that unit took away all the older features i loved with the older models...geting this one i noticed a lot of thos feachers are present on this unit, just before now i had onlt one complaint and its not a big one....on the older models there was also a setting that does a line behing the "car" showing where you were called the trip log....they took that feacher out with my last unit (only 3 years old so not that old an unit) but just now i was going over the settings and there it was...trip log...check marked it and there is my line i totally missed with the other unit....100 out of 10 with this unit....and plus it has wifi (like my other one) and set up was a breeze....looks like it also transfered my bought apps from my other unit to this one....couldnt be happier...
