ronald peter: Product is very salty and tastes like what toilet bowl cleaner smells like. Better off buying fresh organic Ginger from your local grocery and puree that.

Babar: For the money, the bottle seemed a bit small, but other sellers are even more expensive! The vacuum-packed lid was tough to open because of the smooth edges. I finally used a hack--put a rubber band on the edge, hen twist. That worked!
Flavor is good, and using a garlic/ginger mix is very convenient.

Andrea Daly: I had picked up 2 different brands of paste from a large box store a while back and was very disappointed as they were both extremely watery. This brand is an actual paste. A very pleasant, mild tasting paste. I will purchase again.

DCMDCM: Are use this to build the stuffing for my cabbage rolls. This added just the right amount of ginger and garlic to the onions when I was cooking them up to get ready to add the pork and the ground beef. It turned out fantastic I couldn’t be more happy I will never go back to the old way of chopping up garlic and ginger again.
