Wendy : I like the product, very well made, good instructions. However, I tired their pump, following the instructions, and found it did not pump air well. I deflated twice, I pumped about 1,000 times over three days. Finally I removed the nozzle, attached that to my bicycle pump, and it finally inflated fully.

CitySlicker: Love, love, love this chair. Helps me with my posture and lower back pain when sat too long at a desk. Can’t recommend this item more. My hip pain and lower back pain is gone just like my massage therapist recommended. Easy to assemble. It comes with instructions as well as an exercise sheet to do with the seat. It feels solid and well crafted. The height of the seat works great for me without extenders (I’m 5.5 feet or 167cm). This model has the option to add extensions for taller people which is great. I inflated the ball in several steps as recommended and worked great. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Ledal01Ledal01: I excitedly ordered my ball after using a friends for a week. We read the instructions and blew the ball up, waited 24 hours, deflated 50% and I pumped it back up and sat down at my sit/stand desk and felt disappointed because my ball wasn’t tall enough. I started reading through all the reviews and came to a gentleman’s review that said you have to pump it up with enough air and it’s critical to follow the instructions. So, I told my hubby and he got the pump and went to town (if o my he would have let me record him, lol) and sure as heck he was right! My ball expanded so much bigger! These balls expand, so if you find your ball is too small, you have not put enough air in it. It’s a great ball and it’s more beneficial for me than a traditional desk chair.

I’m searching, I found this gem and let me tell you…. It’s perfect! So perfect, I’m fact, I bought 2 more! 1 for work, 1 for my work out area and 1 for my vanity (I like It that much!)
It’s sturdy, comfortable, helps with posture, stretching and core strengthening. Two huge perks are that it has wheels and I roll all over the place so it keeps your legs active and it helps you booty look nice and perky 😜
I’m 5’2 and this ball is perfect but you can add more or less air to fit your height. I cant tell you how much I love This ball! If you are in the market… I highly Recommend this one! I bought 2 other brands but returned them! This is THE ONE!

Rachel PlemmonsRachel Plemmons: A lot of the reviews on here state that the ball is a child's ball, doesn't fit, etc. But some reviews insisted that it was. So I went in with some apprehension, had the problem been solved? I definitely worried when I first inflated mine that the ball was the wrong size, but IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS it will tell you to let the ball stretch for 24 hours deflate 50% and fill again. I would add that you might need to do this more than once. I was still not at the full size on the 2nd day, but waited another 24 hours (didn't deflate) and added some more air and then did it again the next day. So all in all, it took four days to get my ball to the right size, but the chair is at my work office and not at my house, so you may be able to get it fully inflated sooner, I just intentionally took my time with it.

As far as comfort? The ball ends up being a lot firmer than I realized it would be, but that's better for your posture. I appreciate that it fits under my desk so that I can have that space open when I need it. I spend a lot of time at work sitting, so I appreciate that I'm getting some work on my core while at my desk. A worthwhile investment.

Court: So far I absolutely love my new balance ball chair. It makes sitting at a desk easier than it ever has been for me, which wasn’t comfortable before. It practically forces you into the correct posture, but in a non-intrusive way, plus you can exercise while sitting - and active sitting is much better than just slouching while working. I highly recommend it, especially if you have joint or posture issues. Also, bouncing is fun, it feels like a seated trampoline lol, plus it’s just the cutest. 🙃

Betsy: I originally wanted to order just the base for this balance ball chair -- I have several balance balls. Well, I ordered it with the ball, and my kids have benefited. The ball that came with the chair was much smaller than I anticipated. No trouble -- I simply swapped out a larger ball from my stash to get a higher seat.

PROS - very comfortable, good for your posture, love that this keeps my ball from rolling all around the room. well constructed.

CONS - the included ball is very small and set me up below desk height. I had to swap out with my own ball.

To sum things up, I'm keeping this because I really wanted the base, and it works with a ball that I have. I am glad I had some extras on hand though. Otherwise this wouldn't have worked for me.

Jim Squire: As an engineering professor I put in many hours sitting in my chair, and I bought this chair to combat backache since my old office chair back encouraged slouching. This ball chair has been terrific for the first month I've used it. Three tips:

1) Don't bother with the metal retainer at the bottom. If you are so unstable that you are falling off the chair, then you have bigger problems than the retainer will address. I don't see any way, barring falling off it, that the ball would come out of the base; it's quite stable.

2) There are some reviewers who say the chair is too small for them, even though they are not tall. I am 6' 1". The ball stretches, so I blow it up slightly more than the directions indicate until it accommodates my height. If you only inflate it until it appears spherical, then I can promise no matter what your height is, it will be too small. You have to keep inflating it well beyond the point that it first becomes spherical. I expect that this will fit you with the overfill if you up to about 6' 3" or so. Beyond that you may want to try a different ball in the base (which you can do if you don't install the metal...
