Alaska1: I was very excited to get this candle set after reading the reviews. Everything works, but I wish there was more quality control before items are shipped out. One of the candles is chipped and has a piece of wax missing from the bottom. In reading online shopping reviews on Amazon and other sites, you hear a lot of, “Oh well, you get what you pay for.” This is an unacceptable attitude. I would like to receive and item in working condition, as well as undamaged. I expect to get what was advertised and what I paid for. The piece of missing wax was not in the packing material and was made this way or chipped before it was put in the package.

Cindi: These are nice, quality candles. Good brightness on a new battery. As the battery gets older of course, the candle does dim a bit but that is to be expected. Timer function works well. There is no remote control for these candles. That’s not really a problem for me as it has the timer function. Color is just as I expected. They do have a slightly waxy feel to them which is nice, they don’t look quite as fake as some battery operated candles that I have. Overall I like the quality, functionality and look of these candles, and highly recommend them.

R. T. Spica: these lights add the perfect touch to my hangings..i like the timer feature. They turn on in the evening at dusk and look so pretty. They will however, go thru the batteries and the batteries for these are not cheap.
My version did not come with a remote control..For the money, they are a good buy and i would recommend them to anyone.
