FURemover Broom: The Perfect Tool for Easily Removing Pet Hair

Holly Harter Bull: I original found this in a hardware store after a Nor'easter.(massive snow storm). I live in Up State NY, and it was still really snowing, heavy deep storms on a regular basis. The squeegee on this broom was amazing, it cleared the snow off my vehicle so quickly, and when I got a Tahoe, I could reach the roof. And not a drop of snow on me. Now to the house, something never mentioned about this and getting all the fur and hair off the rugs before vacuuming. Have you noticed you do not have to keep stopping to clean the brush of all the hair you used too. You are actually extending the life of your vacuum. And to the hard floors, those bristles really get in and scrub, and with the squeegee, now just pull all the water to one area and pick it up with a towel or two. Yes go back and shine the floor and make sure it is really dry with towels under feet. And then there is cleaning the windows inside and out. Tammy Gantt: First- for everyone saying the broom is too short - untwist the black plastic piece and the handle will extend to a normal broom handle length. Twist the black piece back and it locks in place. Second - for everyone saying it takes work and the handle is flimsy - you’re pushing too hard. It takes a light touch, bristle side down, pulling towards you. I use it on hardwoods, tile, deep shag area rug, flat weave area rugs, and medium pile carpeting. Never need to use a lot of force as long as it’s bristle side down pulling towards you. I only use the squeegee/flat side when I’m on hard floors just to gather all the bits for the dust pan. The hand brush is just ok, not as good as the broom. Love it and even though I got the smaller width broom, I’d love one even smaller but still the same handle length since I feel it would work better on my stairs and some harder to reach areas.

BluwolfBluwolf: I must have gotten mixed up on the handle size, (my mistake) the one with the silver handle is only a 38" long fully extended, not 40" as advertised The handle, looks very cheap, very thin extended all the way out, not sturdy at all, think swiffer handle. I'm only 5'7" and had to bend over to use it. switched the handle to a painters handle extended to about 5.5 feet.
The rubber Broom is a Great concept and it does work, easier than removing Sheltie hair from our Miele vacume power brush! (the only vacume that the Sheltie dogs don't try to kill, very quiet) My only wish is the rubber broom was a few inches wider. Sheltie hair is very light weight and sticks to the rubber Broom like a magnet, except you have to flip the broom head over and pull their hair out after several strokes, whch is easy to do, OTHERWISE you're just pushing hair around, it must be a Sheltie thing.
I don't know what other reviewers are talking about saying that it takes a lot of umph pushing this, I'm using a pretty light pressure on the handle, not hard at all, just a little time consuming.
Bottom line, don't get the more expensive silver handle model unless you're having your...

Kristen Lane: It cleared out a ton of human hair, cat hair and dust bunnies that my vacuum would only grab a little bit of and it would get wrapped around the rollers. It kicks up tiny things imbedded in the carpet that you can vacuum up but the broom doesn't drag it into a pile for easy clean up like it does with the hair. My complaints are that this was far more of a work out than I imagined. I had beads of sweat dripping and I am 5'4" and this broom was perfectly long enough for sweeping stairs and hard to reach places like under the bed, however the broom itself for sweeping all of the carpet is too short. It should come with another extension. I had to hunch over quite a bit and won't be surprised if my back aches in the morning

Mary Groovy: ESCOBA: Me encantó, leí todas las reseñas y me convencí de que tenía que comprarla. Tengo una pitbull, que aunque tiene pelo corto, deja mucho pelo fino en la casa, además de dos gatitas de pelo mediano.
En cuanto la ocupé para barrer el piso, me sorprendió la facilidad con la que recoge el pelo y polvo, pero lo que más me sorprendió fue cuando la ocupé para barrer un tapete-alfombra que tenemos en la sala... ¡fue una maravilla! Es muy sencillo recolectar todo el pelo, la recomiendo muchísimo, me arrepiento de no haberla comprado antes.

PEINE: En comparación con la escoba, no me resultó tan bueno, sin embargo cumple su función y es mejor utilizarlo cuando se le humedece un poco, funciona mejor para recolectar el pelo y pelusa.

Jeremy & Lorna GS: The handle snapped in the middle within the first 5 minutes. It is made of very flimsy metal. The lack of branding on the product and the fact that it came in an unmarked plastic bag suggests it may not be a genuine product. Returned.
