Stephanie H: I bought this heat press on February 26th but just started using it like a month ago, some cups turned out fine but a lot of them turned out bad because it doesn't heat evenly, I already tried everything and I'm definitely not a beginner to not know what Im doing, does anyone know how to contact customer service, I don't find an option anywhere.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I purchased this when it was on sale and one of the cheapest ones I could find. I’ve put tumblers , glass cans, and mugs in here and it works great! The heat gloves in comes with are less than desirable. It leaves the little dots on the cup when you grab a hot cup but does remove easily. Heats up quick and easy to use

LexLex: Love the sturdiness of this machine. Great quality. I was able to adjust very easily for my frosted tumbler glass cup. I pressed at 365 for 60 seconds then rotated it and pressed for another 60 seconds and rotated one last time. Tip for pressing: I added tons of heat tape around the rim and edges for a tight secure wrap.

Amazon Customer: Purchased this press on September 30, 2022. It has been working great until last night. It would not heat up. After wiggling the cord and disconnecting and reconnecting it did heat up and I pressed about 20 tumblers. Tonight it wouldn’t heat up again so I went through the same process. It heated up and after about 8 tumblers the heat began to drop and I ruined 3 tumblers. This press wasn’t cheap and worked less than three months. I’m very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this press if they need something reliable. Now 6 days before Christmas and many orders to complete and I am unable to deliver. I would contact the company but can’t find that information.
