LeonF: I love to make fresh guacamole and the Frontera mix makes it soooo easy. I originally found this on the shelf at a favorite kitchen store in glass bottles. Absolutely loved the results every time but the glass was hard to handle and it was often out of stock. Excited to find it on Amazon and in these great little pouches. No more glass to worry about and the small cases make it simple to keep the mix on hand to make great guac year around. Excellent product and simple to use. 2 to 3 med size avocados, tblspn lime juice, teaspoon kosher salt, one pouch of Frontera Guacamole mix, and 5 dashes of Tabasco. Mmmmmmm!

Mike Pierce: We used to get this in a jar at a nationwide kitchen store however they stopped stocking it and we finally used up our last jar. We tired a number of other starter mixes that come in small packets and they are just powers but it was not the same. Those had as their first two ingredients maltodextrin and salt. But Frontera has their first two ingredients fire-roasted Tomatillos and fire- roasted tomatoes. The others are just powers but this is an actual sauce. This is the best way to make Guacamole in the world. Two avocados, this sauce and salt to taste. We add a little sour cream but it really does not need it. If you like guacamole do yourself a favor and get this. Open the packet and take a deep breath and smile.
