J. R. Royce: I've found these to be the best blades for the money. They hold up to extended use cutting mixed materials and are a good value for the price. Always use the right blade for the right material!

Malodorous: I use my miter saw for cross-cutting lumber, big surprise. Things like baseboard trim, 2x4s for home remodel framing, and some woodworking projects.
I have not used a ton of blades so I do not have a lot to compare to, but I was annoyed with the yellow paint on the teeth of the DeWalt blade that came with my saw. It was rubbing off on the kerf of my cuts. This blade is red, but the teeth are unpainted - it does not leave a mark. The teeth are wider than the blade, so it does not rub on the ends of the work pieces.
So far I have used this on soft pine (construction lumber and trim) and it worked well. I have also cut some walnut and oak - moderately hard woods but nothing punishing. So far so good. I cut slowly and let the blade clear the sawdust. No burn marks, no other issues.
There are other, better brands of blades out there. They cost a lot more. For the price, this has been a pretty good blade for the past month or two I have been using it.
I cannot speak to the longevity yet as I have not been using it that long. I'll try to update this later after I use it for a few more months.

Dee WonDee Won: I need to replace the stock blade on my 10 year old mitre saw. I have been doing research on finding something good without breaking the bank. And after extensive research, I decided on this Diablo general purpose blade. I was unsure about this initially because it has less teeth than my 60 teeth stock blade. But once I installed it and started cutting, it out performed my stock blade even when it was new! Even with less teeth, the cross cuts are super clean, and much less sound and vibration! And the best part, it doesn't cost much! I am so happy with this.

como651: I tried it today with a few test cuts on a pine 2x4 using a Ridgid table saw. Cut with hardly any resistance at all. Blade is evenly balanced. I’m impressed at $35. No tear out. Most blades do well at first so we’ll see how good it cuts in a few months. Just using it for framing lumber. More than enough for that. I’ve been doing wood work for over 20 years and tried a lot of blades. This one seems good out the package. I’ve got a good feeling about it.
Update: blade is too thin for mitering 1 by 6 boards at 45 degrees for doing outside corners laid flat. Blade deflects so you don’t get a perfect miter cut so pieces don’t join perfectly. This has too thin of a kerf for that. Might be fine on narrower boards.
