AMMF: Faz dados com excelente qualidade e facilidade. Já usei em madeira dura, mole e compensado. Encaixou perfeitamente na minha Makita MLT100, porém é necessário fazer uma pequena inversão na porca de aperto, em caso de ranguras muito largas (tem vídeos na internet). Podem comprar pq vale a pena. Muito superior a uso de tupia de coluna.

Pierre RochefortPierre Rochefort: The dado set is great. The blade are quality and they are sharp, no doubt about it. My only real concern about the set is that the instructions are printed on the back of the cardboard insert and by definition, they are as a result, very small print (See the picture I attached). Not a major issue but an annoyance for my old eyes. ;-) DO like I did and scan them and blow them up that way.

Other than that, the blade come in a case and it's easy to store them in it to prevent damage to the blades (ie: no blade hitting each other and chipping the carbide tips).

As for price, they seem price right and I looked for cheaper and didn't find anything else I felt I could trust. The name Freud inspires confidence.

One other thing to consider is that not all portable table saws will be able to use the full set of blades. For example, on my Ryobi BTS16, I don't think I could do a 7/8" dado safely (I didn't try specifically but when the blades are all stacked, it looks too wide for the room I have on the arbor), the arbor might not be long enough. For this wide a dado, I'd recommend too pass at a narrower setting.

Go ahead and buy this with confidence, you won't...

Carl ChapmanCarl Chapman: Overall, I would recommend this set. I have a budget compact saw, Rigid R4518 that I have taken the time to set up so it cuts square. I can do quality work on it, just have to go slow.

I got the SD206 because my saw can only handle 6" stacks. I read reviews all across the internet and the Freud set wan't the highest rated, but I had used an 8" stack for years and was pretty satisfied. For the price, I thought this would be a good set.

The 'unboxing' experience was not very good. The 'screws' that hold the blades in the plastic case were tightened to about 1MM ft lbs. Had to crank on them with pliers to get it unscrewed. Not too fond of the front side, back side orientation where you have to stow everything on different sides and unscrew two knobs to get at your blades.

But those are just minor annoyances. The reason I can't give this product a 5 star is that it ins't accurate, at least not the set I got with my saw. The printed material on the case that comes with the SD206, as well as the PDF download chart available at the Feud website both say that for a 3/4" dado cut you should use the right half, left half, three chippers, and 3 1/16" spacers (which are...
