Scott S.: The flavor is great with good heat. The problem is with the lid that after a while generally won't close. Along with that are the holes in the lid. The small holes are too small and makes it harder and more time consuming to get the pepper out. The large holes are too big and makes it impossible to control and limit how much pepper comes out often ruining the dish. I'm going to take a drill to the smaller holes and make them large enough to get the pepper out the way I want it. Badia needs to work on their packaging.

Rene: So glad Amazon carries this. There is only one store I can find it and it's now 4 hours away. This pepper is amazing. You can tell how different it's going to be when you open the lid, kinda like coffee. I will never use any other pepper, but I love the taste of pepper. Use extra and your marinade will have the perfect little kick.
