Karen: These gloves are definitely for kids not adults. We are Gators fans so when I saw these I had to buy them for my son. They have grips of some kind on the palm side of the glove that is to help them catch the football. My son uses them everyday when he plays football and he says that the grip’s definitely help to catch the ball. The bad thing about the gloves is they ripped on the top of the gloves in less than a month. I bought him a new pair and theses ones ripped after two weeks in the same place as the other gloves. I told him I’m not buying anymore. He can still use them but he has a hole on the right hand at the top of the glove. They look cool and they work, the only thing I don’t like is that they fall apart in less than a month.
