Randall: RED HOT CHICKEN LEGS
1. Clean and trim chicken legs
2. Put in pan and cover wings with Frank’s Redhot Buffalo Sauce. Marinade overnight
3. Remove legs from marinade and season. Let them warm to room temperature
4. Fire up your Pit Boss Grill and set at 250°F. Use hickory or apple pellets
5. Place marinated, seasoned chicken legs on bottom rack
6. Smoke for 1 hour and 40 minutes until the internal temperature is 165°F
7. Can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing
