Robin: Baby Dove "sensitive moisture" lotion is a white lotion with a pleasant consistency that's not runny. It adds light moisture and isn't heavy or greasy. It leaves a slightly sticky feel that isn't noticeable after a short while. My son has had allergies since infancy and suffered from itchy, weepy eczema for many years, so he still uses some baby products for his sensitive skin. Baby Dove lotion makes his skin soft without any irritation and provides adequate light moisture. Baby Dove does get big props for leaving out fragrance- a major irritant that babies and people with sensitivities just don't need. I detect a faint smell, but only when I'm very close to the product. Baby Dove does have some ingredients rated as moderate hazards in the EWG database (e.g., petrolatum [emollient], phenoxyethanol [preservative], triethanolomine [surfactant and ph adjusting chemical], etc.). But other mainstream lotions also pose similar concerns plus have fragrance, so I'm not going to compare this to a natural product. I'm rating Baby Dove lotion 4 stars based how it moisturizes (pleasant but fairly average) and the lack of fragrance (big bonus).
