gabriellek: I have an old, overweight kitty who I adopted from the shelter a year ago. I would NEVER clean her with a water bath; she’s my little baby and I could never stress her out like that. This product is a great find if your cat is similar to mine.

I use a regular finetooth comb to help clean her with this mousse. As long as she doesn’t see me squirt the moose out, she thinks I’m just petting her. After her 4th bath with this product she realized I was actually cleaning her. So if you’re sneaky, your cat may never know what this is.

I saw a review talking about gooey residue in the fur... I have no idea what that could have possibly been from. Perhaps an expired product? My mousse has worked like a dream (seriously, dry shampoo for cats. Who knew?) so if you have problems with your product I would highly recommending trying to get a new bottle. I’ve used this on both my cats (one old, one new) and neither have had issues or have even cared about me using it.

JS: I used this to help clean my 16-year-old cat who is not great at cleaning himself off anymore. This stuff really works great! His fur is noticeably softer, cleaner, less oily, and less smelly. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the smell was a little over powering for me. I would prefer something a bit milder. However, my dad is very sensitive to smells and it didn't bother him at all so I suspect this is personal preference. Great product!

Amazon Customer: The first time I ordered this I received a bottle with a bug inside of the shampoo. I contacted the Vet Recommended customer service and was answered by Dale and his wife Livia, and given a $20 voucher to reorder. The customer service was quick and helpful. I used this on all three of my cats, and it really helped my cat who has pretty severe dandruff. The scent is a little bit like strawberrry toothpaste, but it smells fresh and good on my cat's coats.

Dee: I was skeptical that this would work let alone that the outside cat would let me do it to him. I took the advise of other purchasers and decided to use an old sock to put the product on as to not startle him. It worked perfect, he thought I was just stroking him. Not sure how long a bottle will last but I didn't need much for the first application so I think it'll last a while. Scent is not overwhelming strawberry and very pleasant.
