Corey: I bought these on a whim, not thinking they would be comfortable, but wow, these are amazing. I used to use the squish ear plugs when ATVing, but I hated that they would get so dirty. These ear muffs are super comfortable, keep my ears nice and clean, and are effective at blocking out just as much (if not more) of the noise from the ATV. Plus, it's so much easier to take these off and on than taking time to roll and squish an ear plug that may or may not fit right in your ears. I recommend these to everyone now, such an upgrade!

FishTech: I have a zero-turn lawn mower and the blades make more noise than the engine. That's the reason I use ear muffs to protect my hearing. The second reason I use them is to block outside noise so I can use my ear buds while mowing. So far these ear muffs have worked very well at blocking out loud noise while listening to music while mowing. Please note that I am very careful when it comes to making sure I'm mowing safely. I don't have small children near me but I do look out for them when I mow as well as adults, cars, and any other objects that might get near me when I mow. Please be safe if you use these ear muffs as they do a great job at blocking out noise.

Karan Modi: I'd recommend also using the included foam(?) ear plugs; for me, that increased comfort by reducing a sensation of pressure on the ear canal. Low frequency dampening could be more, but I don't really have anything else to compare it against.

Francis P.: The earmuffs are not as protective on its own.not good for prolonged mid to higher frequencies . Ears began to get discomfort after a short while of using the fibre cutter for cutting steel angle bars, ONLY. Needed to use with ear plugs to make it work close to older earmuff I had that was cheaper. These are still good for household appliances, light hammering, small drills low powered vacuum cleaners. Too high priced for the level of protection provided. Go for Titus still better. Big difference for about same price.

Rachit Panwar: This Muff is really usefull in terms of cutting down on any voice with and without earphones under them.they are comfertable upto 30 mins post that u might have to take 5 mins break and re-use them.i have used the cheap ones and this one is way premium and extremely effective.for example it completely cuts down on A/c , Fan noise and you wont hear anything around you so u can focus on the task etc.i mostly use them for gaming and daily book reading also while working out on treadmill.its worth the money hope it lasts me 2 years.( earphone i use is apple eaprhone with 3.5 jack/lightnight jack ).
