It has about 10 minutes difference. So it should be set considering the 10 minutes difference.

Melissa Landmark: Very cute little clock. Just make sure you don't accidentally put the batteries in the wrong way because I did and they started to get REALLY hot and smelled like burning after like 20 seconds lolz oops <3 other than that the clock is great!

CGBirder: I bought this for my mom, and it's a great simple clock that gets the job done.
The Cream colour is beautiful and will match any kind of furniture you place it on, fairly well. The face and the numbers are big enough to read and it has a light button that illuminates the clock up enough that you can read the time in the night. The alarm is a standard clock alarm and is loud enough to wake you up. It uses two AA batteries.
I have yet to see what the battery life is like but 1 month in, no problems.
Also, a nice little feature that is a personal preference for me is that the second hand will move around the face without any incrementation or ticking. No sound generated whatsoever.
